Covid-19 Safety Protocols
In order to keep the community and ourselves safe, we are adhering strictly to our Covid-19 policies. If you do not agree to our policies and appointment terms and conditions, please do not schedule an appointment with us.
Scheduling Protocols
When booking an appointment at Nail Me! Hey Babe Nice Nails, you are agreeing to all of our salon policies, including full payment for no-shows or cancellations made outside of our 24-hour window. In an effort to make sure our staff receives fair compensation, we have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. No shows will be charged for all services to guarantee nail artists are paid for their time. We ask you if you are more than 5 minutes late to please let us know via phone call. If you are more than 20 minutes late you will be considered a no-show and will be charged for the full service. Any bookings made require a $30.00 non-refundable deposit, which will go toward your service.
Please also note that due to an increase of materials cost and reduced capacity, our prices have increased slightly. We want to be sure that our employees are earning a fair wage while customers continue to receive the level of service they are accustomed to.
If you are not feeling well, have been exposed to COVID-19 you are required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask those that are at risk or that have medical conditions, including those pregnant and nursing, to consider your risks before scheduling your appointment. If you have been around anyone sick or have traveled outside of the United States in the last 48 hours, we require you to reschedule your appointments. Failure to do so will result in a refusal of service with no refund. We will not charge for cancellation in the case of illness.
Please do not schedule an appointment with us if you have had close contact with any persons confirmed to have COVID-19 or who might have been exposed to COVID-19 within the past 7 days. We have the right to refuse service with no refund.
If you can not wear a mask due to any health related reasons, we ask you not to schedule an appointment at this time. All customers and employees must wear a mask inside Nail Me! Hey Babe Nice Nails. If you refuse to wear a mask, we have the right to refuse service with no refund.
We are taking extra precautions to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers by sanitizing and disinfecting between clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read our guidelines and are comfortable with the risks associated with booking a non-essential service during this time, and that you will not hold Nail Me! Hey Babe Nice Nails and any employees liable for any injury, illness or health conditions that arise from services rendered.
Appointment Protocols
All staff and customers are required to wear a mask at all times while inside the Nail Me! Hey Babe Nice Nails salon. Please wash your hands immediately when entering the salon and after all services. We try our best to keep staff and customers distanced by at least 6 feet wherever possible.
All surfaces are disinfected with Hospital Grade disinfectant between clients and at the end of the day. Tools are washed and sanitized with disinfectant and stored in individual sterilization packs.
We know life is crazy, but please try your best to be on time. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, please call. If you are 20 minutes late, you will be considered a no show, and will be charged the full price of your services. If you cancel your appointment after the 24-hour grace period, you will be charged for the full price of the service. If you are under 20 minutes late, your service may be downgraded.
At this time, only the person with the reservation is allowed in the salon. We ask you to please leave your children, babies, friends, and pets at home.
Manicures
We ask that you wash your hands immediately upon arrival to Nail Me! Hey Babe Nice Nail salon. Please don’t book a manicure if you have any fungus or warts as we will have to turn you away and you will be charged the full price of service.
If you currently have gel on your nails, please book a gel removal service along with your manicure to ensure we have enough time to complete your service. Regular gel removals are $10, Gelx Removals are $20.
If you are wanting nail art, please make sure to book a nail art service along with your manicure. Nail art is an additional service and not included with a manicure service.
Once your nail tech has begun your service, please refrain from touching anything in order to prevent lint and dust from sticking to your polish and from spreading germs.
Pedicures
We ask that you wash your hands immediately upon arrival to Nail Me! Hey Babe Nice Nail salon. Please do not book a pedicure if you have any fungus or warts as we will have to turn you away and you will be charged the full price of service.
If you currently have gel on your toes, please book a gel removal service along with your pedicure to ensure we have enough time to complete your service. Gel removals are $10.
If you are wanting nail art, please make sure to book a nail art service along with your pedicure. Nail art is an additional service and not included with a pedicure service.
